Digital platforms for clubs, leagues and federations

Fan apps, club websites, searchable media archives, monitoring and AI tools, built for clubs, leagues and federations, and coming from one partner who has been doing this for thirteen years.

What sports organisations are dealing with

Fans follow you somewhere else

Most of the relationship now happens on a phone, through feeds you do not own and cannot measure. Your own channels see a fraction of it.

Commercial needs something it can sell

Sponsors ask for reach and proof. Without measurable inventory of your own, the commercial department is negotiating on goodwill.

The archive is effectively closed

Decades of photo and video, and no way to find the one clip you need without someone scrolling through folders.

Nobody has the full picture

Press, online, broadcast and the fan forums all say things about the club, the squad and the coach. Almost none of it reaches you in one place.

What we do for sport

Six problems, six answers. Each one is a platform you can take on its own, or as part of the stack below.

One connected stack

These are not six separate purchases that happen to share a supplier. They are built to feed each other, and that is the part you cannot assemble from four vendors.

Litteraworks Pchela archive video becomes searchable by what was said in it
Litteraworks Sport Puls broadcast is transcribed, so TV and radio are monitored rather than skipped
Pchela FanFuel approved photo and video go straight into the app
mPanel CMS website + app publish once and it appears in both, from one admin
Your content Fronisa the chatbot answers from the same archive everything else is built on

One vendor, one contract, one support line, and no integration project between the pieces. A competitor sells you one tool and leaves the joining up to you.

What it looks like in practice

How our partners work

FK Partizan

FK Partizan runs its website, CMS, mobile app, transcription and media archive through one platform. A photographer uploads from the pitch and the image is ready to publish and share with media within minutes; a press conference becomes an article and a set of subtitled clips the same afternoon. One partner across the whole digital operation, rather than five vendors and the integration work between them.

Greek Basketball League

Leagues face the club problem multiplied: fixtures, results and standings across dozens of teams, and fans who want all of it live. The Greek Basket League app runs largely on autopilot: articles come from the league’s own website, live scores and statistics sync straight from the data provider, and gamification keeps fans engaged between matchdays. Nobody on staff updates anything by hand.

Croatian Basketball Federation

The Croatian Basketball Association covers men’s and women’s leagues, junior competitions and the national teams, and each fan follows only part of that. Games, standings, box scores and play-by-play arrive from the data provider, news and video from the federation’s own channels, and notifications are switchable per competition, so following one league doesn’t mean hearing about all of them. Live match alerts update in place instead of firing again for every basket.

Serbian Football League

Fans of Serbia’s top football division were assembling a matchday out of club sites and social media. The official league app puts fixtures, live results, the table and club stats in one place, with a news feed from every club in the league and Fantasy integrated from day one, after three years without it in Serbia. Notifications follow the clubs a fan actually picks, so there is a reason to open the app between matchdays too.

Sports clubs

Press conferences, interviews and manager reactions arrive as audio and have to become content the same day. Both clubs use Litteraworks to transcribe, translate, draft articles and cut subtitled clips, so the media team spends its time editing rather than typing. Matchday content that keeps up with matchday.
